Your time is valuable, so we move quickly: we’ll prepare a quote as soon as we can and suggest the first available cleaning slots right away.
Because every home, office, and commercial space is unique — with its own quirks, materials, and needs — the final price is confirmed in our conversation.
To give you the most accurate and fair offer straight away, it helps a lot if your enquiry includes as much detail as possible:
- Type of space Is it an apartment, house, office, or perhaps a production facility?
- Size in square metres How large is the area to be cleaned (m²)?
- Number of bathrooms and saunas Note the wet rooms — they always need extra care and attention.
- Cleaning frequency Do you need a one-off deep clean, maintenance a few times a week, once a month, or as needed?
- Photos help a lot If you can, attach a few quick photos of the rooms or surfaces.

Maintenance cleaning hourly rate: €25
Because two homes of the same size can take different time — depending on clutter, pets, or bathrooms, for example — the figures below are approximate guides:

- Travel outside Tallinn Within Tallinn, travel to you is free. Outside Tallinn city limits a travel fee of €0.30 / km (round trip) applies.
